Spooling through the Webby Award Nominees recently, the Surfer couldn't help but take a look into one of my all-time favourite categories - the Weird sites.

I guess you have to want to be nominated in a site called "Weird". You wouldn't want to land there by chance. But a site proud of its weirdness, and rightly so is Bad Gift Emporium.

Built on the loose premise that a really bad gift is always better than a safe, passionless one, the site truly lives up to it's promise. In fact, I'm busy ordering a Telesonic Cuckoo Clock for my mother-in-law as well speak. Happy bad buying.
