The videos take you through all the moves of the dance you have chosen. On the site’s left side is a panel listing all the dance styles. Click on to the one that you want to learn and it will show an overview of the foot placings, a text description of both the male and female role in the dance, and a video to help you get the right steps.

You have to choose between the Adobe Flash Player or QuickTime player to view the video. After that you can practise till you perfect the steps.
