On June 24, Iranian superstar Andy Madadian went into an LA recording studio with Jon Bon Jovi, Richie Sambora and American record producers Don Was and John Shanks to record a musical message of worldwide solidarity with the people of Iran.
The video is now making its round in cyberspace and is one of the most watched and downloaded video currently.
Although the track’s co-producer, Don Was, says the video is meant to send “a musical message of worldwide solidarity” to the Iranian people in the aftermath of the country’s recent disputed election, the Naked Surfer believes solidarity is what the whole world, not just Iran, needs right now.
Solidarity to fight against injustice, to battle for freedom, to ensure basic human rights, to overcome prejudices, to beat the current recession, to stop H!N! from destroying our livelihood … and the list goes on.
