Anthony Judge

Anyone who is in the meetings and conference business will know Anthony Judge. He is a man who constantly challenges thought and has spoken about things that will happen, many of which have come to pass.

A futurist, Judge is known for his novel approaches and unusual ways of thinking. A native of Australia, he moved to Brussels, Belgium in 1968 to begin a career with the Union of International Associations (UIA). As Director of Communications and Research (he stepped down in July 2007), he was at the heart of the UIA's information sharing activities.

Judge has been writing and speaking about the challenges for the conference industry for a long time, and believes the industry is at a tipping point where new technology and social issues will collide to leave major ramifications for an industry still mired in old world thinking.
