Meranda Chan, Country Manager – Singapore and Brunei, Visa International Asia Pacific

Meranda Chan first joined Visa International Asia Pacific's Singapore head office in 2003, where she supported Visa’s Singapore country operations in introducing innovative payment products to the Singaporean market as well as working to expand Visa’s market share in Singapore.

Meranda was appointed country manager for Singapore and Brunei in November 2006 and currently oversees all aspects of Visa’s business in the two markets, working closely with Visa member institutions, regulatory officials, system suppliers, and other key players.

Prior to joining Visa, Meranda was with Finatiq, a subset of the earlier Bank of Singapore which is now wholly owned by Overseas Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC).
