From the world’s first underwater spa to ‘rooms’ that are private traditional Maldivian sailboats (fitted out with designer luxuries), to überchic superyachts unlike any that have ever been designed, Tom focuses on creating icons.

To fill the niche for small specialist resorts and spas, Tom embarked on the Per Aquum joint venture with key shareholder Universal Enterprises, Maldives.
